Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA Malaysia)
SEDA Malaysia approves and administers renewable energy projects under Feed-in Tariff (FiT) schemes and Net Energy Metering (NEM) programmes. They provide quota approvals for solar photovoltaic, biomass, biogas, and small hydropower installations, supporting Malaysia's renewable energy transition and sustainability goals.

Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission of Malaysia)
The Energy Commission licenses electricity generation, transmission, distribution, and retail supply operations. MyHijau
MyHIJAU Mark is Malaysia's official green certification programme managed by the Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation. It certifies environmentally-friendly products and services that meet green technology standards, supporting sustainable procurement and green economy initiatives.

Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA)
MIDA approves investment projects and grants tax incentives, pioneer status, and investment allowances for manufacturing and services sectors. They facilitate business licenses, work permits, and provide comprehensive investment support for strategic business investments and economic growth.
