- Directly manage and coach 6 Team Leaders through weekly 1-on-1s, holding them accountable for their teams' performance.
- Oversee the performance of 20 or more Sales Engineers through the Team Leader layer and pipeline data.
- Maintain a consolidated pipeline view and ensure minimum 3x coverage against the monthly target at all times.
- Enforce HubSpot CRM discipline and the 2-hour lead response SLA across all teams.
- Deliver onboarding and coaching on the 5-step meeting framework, objection handling, and product knowledge.
- Audit proposal quality, ensuring proposals use actual TNB bills and present the three payment options.
- Act as the operational liaison with Marketing, Operations, CX, Finance, and HR, and stand in for the Head of Sales when needed.
- Model and enforce the SOLS sales values and honest customer communication standards across all teams.
To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 to 7 years of total sales experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or sales supervisory role.
