Role Summary

As a Personal Assistant & Driver to our CEO, your duties will involve running errands, managing business files, and providing transportation services.

In this role you will:

Primary responsibilities: 

  • Drive the CEO safely and punctually for both business and personal engagements.
  • Coordinate the CEO's daily schedule — including the family's personal drivers — to align with their requirements and procurement needs.
  • Keep the CEO's vehicle(s) clean, well-maintained, and in top condition at all times.
  • Support the CEO's health, fitness, and nutrition goals with practical advice.
  • Organise logistics for meetings, appointments, and other commitments.
  • Help track and follow through on the CEO's tasks and deadlines.

Secondary responsibilities:

  • Maintain and care for the garden area at the CEO’s residence. 
  • Ensure the CEO's working area is well-maintained.
  • Fulfillment of Various Ad Hoc Requests and Assigned Duties.

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have:

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Good spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia.
  • A genuine interest in community development and management.
  • Comfort engaging in both one-on-one and community-level interventions.
  • Comfortable around dogs.
  • A genuine passion for cars.
  • A valid Class D and Class B2 driving license.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a clear sense of priorities and adaptability to changing demands.
  • Initiative, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • The ability to stay composed under pressure and manage competing priorities.
