Role Summary

As a Sales Admin Intern, you will be providing support to our sales team. Your job is to help with important tasks, keep things organized, and make sure everyone can communicate easily. You will team up with the Head of Sales to find ways to make our customers' experience even better. It's all about making sure everything runs super smoothly!

In this role you will:

  • Efficiency Enhancement: Collaborate with the Head of Sales to identify and implement improvements, optimizing processes for increased sales team productivity.
  • Customer Journey Enhancement: Work closely with the sales team to identify areas for improvement in the customer journey, contributing to a positive overall customer experience.
  • Coordination with Head of Sales: Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to align administrative tasks and initiatives with overarching sales objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously assess and suggest enhancements to existing processes, contributing to the overall effectiveness and success of the sales department.

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have:

  • Minimum Diploma holding/progressing students with a background in any Engineering, Business, or any other related fields.
  • Basic IT skills in Google Suite or Microsoft Skills.
  • Great analytical thinking and communication skills.
  • Willing to thrive and go above and beyond.
