Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Brand & Content Executive to execute and optimize multi-channel marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, generate leads, and drive engagement. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong marketing execution skills with creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

In this role you will:

1. Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Translate marketing plans into actionable campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisation improvements based on data insights.

2. Paid Advertising Management

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring, A/B testing, and performance optimisation to maximise ROI, CAC and lead generation.
  • Prepare performance reports and suggest tactical improvements to enhance results.

3. Organic Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule organic social media content to strengthen brand presence and audience engagement.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across social platforms.
  • Track social media performance and refine content based on engagement data and trends.

4. Brand Visibility & Marketing Communication

  • Support brand awareness initiatives by ensuring consistent messaging across marketing channels.
  • Maintain strong brand presentation across campaigns, content, and communication materials.
  • Assist in implementing branding initiatives to support positioning and audience growth.

5. Email Marketing Execution

  • Execute email marketing campaigns with a focus on improving open rates, click-through rates, and response performance.
  • Maintain consistent brand communication and message clarity in email campaigns.
  • Analyse campaign results and recommend optimisation opportunities.

6. Creative Coordination & Asset Management

  • Coordinate with shared creative resources including designers, videographers, and interns to support marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare clear creative briefs and manage feedback cycles to ensure efficient execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining quality standards.

7. Marketing Collateral Development

  • Develop and refine presentations, brochures, and digital marketing assets to communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Support outreach and recruitment initiatives through clear and engaging marketing materials.
  • Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

8. Workflow Alignment & Performance Collaboration

  • Organise and participate in weekly creative sync meetings to align priorities and project timelines.
  • Support quarterly performance reviews by preparing campaign insights and performance updates.
  • Share learnings and best practices to support continuous improvement across marketing activities

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Strong understanding of organic social media management and content execution.
  • Experience with email marketing tools and campaign performance tracking.
  • Ability to analyse marketing performance data and apply insights for improvement.
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
